Before the para

"Now let's open up SQL Server Configuration Manager. Expand the SQL Server Network Configuration item and click on Protocols for MSSQLSERVER. Right click on TCP/IP and click on Enable."

it would be helpful to explain where to find SQL Server Configuration Manager.  

Suggestion:

You can run SQL Server Configuration Manager from Start > Run.   For SQL Server 2016 run SQLServerManager13.msc, for SQL Server 2017 run SQLServerManager14.msc.  Refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/sql-server-configuration-manager?view=sql-server-2017 for instructions on the name of the file for other version of SQL Server.
