Serving Anniversary added in "Following" Settings

The power of the "following" feature is it allows Staff to be notified in advance of significant milestones, and then take action (i.e. send an email or card). Within the "following settings" of Rock, we would love to see a serving anniversary option. This would be used to honor volunteers for their years of service in ministry.
