Calendar Event lava command - enhancements to Date Range functionality

UPDATE on 10/31/2024: Turns out 'startdate' is already a supported parameter of the CalendarEvents lava command - it was just undocumented.

The Calendar Event lava command is very helpful when working with calendars and events - and the existing daterange parameter allows for specifying which EventItemOccurrences to return. But this is only designed to be x days, weeks, or months starting from today.

I propose an enhancement to this parameter - or an additional parameter - that allows for specifying a different start date for the date range. Pairing this enhancement with the new Helix plug-in or with the mobile app callback feature would allow for creating a user experience of stepping thru event occurrences by month or other date range - or for searching for event occurrences that fall within a date range. Plus it would allow for loading less occurrences at a time.
