Limit Themes in Check-in App

Limit Themes in Check-in App

Check-in

Description: We would like to have the ability to limit what Themes can be selected in the Check-in App on an iPad. Staff only have a few themes that they should choose from, but we have many others we don't want them to pick (like the Rock theme or our website theme).

Additional Details: A similar idea is here, but we would like to take it a step further where we can limit its ability to be selected by staff within the check-in app. The Rock theme needs to remain active, but staff should not be able to select it in the check-in app.

Thorough Ministry Need Review: I realize this is not a huge ministry need. However, once a check-in configuration is complete, staff do the bulk of setting up/configuring the iPads used for check-in for their event(s). Because we have many themes to pick from (including the stock ones that come shipped with Rock), it would be simpler for staff to know exactly which ones they can pick from - ones that have been configured and tested to match with the event/ministry.

Why: Having this function would allow for simpler and easier use by staff as well as keeping ministry alignment - preventing staff from picking a theme we do not want used.
