Add Created By / Last Modified By Panel to Scheduled Transaction View Block

16.7 Finance Complete

As a Rock Admin, I often find myself doing "forensics" on various financial transactions, many of which are looking at Scheduled Transactions and how/when they were created.

It would be super helpful if the Scheduled Transaction View (Scheduled Transactions Detail) block had the standard chevron drop-down in the upper right that would reveal Created By and Last Modified By Names/Dates like many other Rock blocks already do. This info is readily available in the FinancialScheduledTransaction table, so it's a bit frustrating that it's not exposed on this block, too.

Since this block is not yet converted to Obsidian (at least not that I can see), now might be the ideal time to add this useful micro-feature to the Obsidian version of this block.
