Add Campus Multi-Select Option to Event Occurances

On a fairly regular basis, we are hosting events for multiple campuses in a region. Most times, the event just happens at one campus for the whole region, but we want to promote it to all the campuses that can come. 

Today, we need to create an event occurrence for each campus where we are holding the event. 

We thought it would be great to have a multi-selector for the campus picker so that we could create one event occurrence that would apply for a select amount of campuses. 

We thought through a couple of ways to solve this, but this felt like it actually solved the problem we are facing and not just bolting another solution on to help a symptom of a problem.
