Check scanner: add the ability to automatically scan dollar amounts from checks

Add the ability for the check scanner to read and enter the $ value of scanned checks, instead of having the process pause while a person reads and manually enters the $ value for a check, using Capture Amount on Scan.

We still process about 200 checks per week (10,500 total for the last 12 months), so this would be a considerable labor savings. Our previous check scanning program, Shelby Teller, DID read and enter the $ values, so using the Rock Check Scanner has been a step backwards in the efficiency of our weekly contribution process.
