Add an Entity Context for Content Item Detail Block so a Reminder Type can be enabled for Content Channel Item

CMS

On the Reminder feature documentation, it says "you can set up reminder types for any entity type" but the page should have a context. Unfortunately, the Content Item Detail does not add a Context for the page.

I think able to create a reminder notification for a content channel item is helpful for those contents that needs to be manually updated or for whatever purpose that any organization wants a reminder for Content Channel Item. My purpose for this is to remind myself or someone to approve a content item for the weekend on Fridays.

Note: Since the Content Item Details block does not provide a Context for the page, I added an HTML Block and set the Context as Content Channel Item. Edit page/344, go to Advanced Settings. In the field Content Channel Item Parameter Name, I entered `ChannelItemId`. Without it, the "Add Reminder" link will not appear.
