QR codes for ticketed events

QR codes for ticketed events

Event

Our church hosts several conferences and large ministry events throughout the year at various campuses. We've been using eventbrite as a solution since the initial purchase to check-in at the door is a seamless process but eventbrite charges a staggering 20% listing fee to use their platform.

We would like if Rock could generate a unique QR code once a registrant has finished payment for an event that would be sent to the registrant's email, similar to ticketmaster or stubhub. We could utilize QR code check-in from a fixed or mobile check-in station camera.

Additionally, if it's possible to have live check-in functionality to view the roster for an event as individuals check-in that would be great, but the focus for this post is unique QR codes.

Having these features would save churches quite a bit of money (assuming they're using a 3rd party) and theoretically keep check-in clear and concise for large events. I know our volunteers appreciate the simplicity of eventbrite.
