Get Person From Fields Workflow Action should not delete email address

Workflow

The "Get Person From Fields" (also known as "Person Attribute From Fields") Workflow action allows a workflow to look for an existing match in the database based on first and last name and either a phone number or email address. If you supply a first and last name and a phone number, but no email address, and it finds a match based on those criteria, it will delete any existing email address.

One does not expect an action named "Get Person From Fields" to modify the person.

This is triggered by the "true" parameter in the following line of code in the Execute method of the Action:

    person = personService.FindPerson( personQuery, true );

If this parameter were set to "false", the behavior would be as intuitively expected.
