Remove All Recipients” Option in Communication Entry Block (v17)

Remove All Recipients” Option in Communication Entry Block (v17)

17.1 Communication Planned

In the legacy Communication Entry block, users had the ability to remove all recipients from a communication with a single click. This was a frequently used feature in our workflow—particularly when copying a previously sent communication to resend to a smaller group. We could quickly clear the original recipient list and add only the intended few.

In the new v17 Communication Entry block (Simple Communication Editor), this functionality appears to be missing. Currently, users must remove recipients one at a time, which is inefficient and time-consuming when working with larger lists.

Use Case:

 • Send an email to a large group

 • Copy that communication to resend to a few individuals

 • Previously: remove all recipients in one click, then add the new subset

 • Currently: must remove each recipient individually

Request:

Please consider adding a “Remove All Recipients” option to the new Simple Communication Editor to restore this helpful functionality and improve workflow efficiency.

Additional Notes:

 • The Communication Wizard still supports this action, but our team prefers the streamlined Simple Editor for most use cases.
