Bring sidebar, drag-and-drop back to Group Scheduler

The improvements to the Group Scheduler in 17.x are great, but my staff and volunteers are bewildered and frustrated by what seems like two steps back in functionality:

  1. There's no longer a persistent sidebar from which to move volunteers into their slots
  2. Once placed into slots, volunteers can no longer be dragged and dropped to other slots

These features were present in 16.x and earlier. We would love to see them brought back.

The issue here is efficiency and ease of use. My team is finding the new system slower and more difficult.
