Anniversary and Marital Status

As staff in the Rock Profile page, we can add someone's Anniversary date and marital status. On the external website, there is not a way for someone to add or edit that information except the marital status on various registration blocks, therefore, we don't have that information for 99% of our congregation, yet it's something to be notified about when following someone. Can/should this be added to the Public Profile Edit block?
