Enable Chat Messages for Communication Workflow

It would be amazing if in the new Communication Flow an option for communication method could be to send a chat message. In Mika Casey's original presentation about chat he demo'd how if someone says they are new here they could automatically get a message from their campus pastor welcoming them to the community.

We want to recreate our first time guest processes using the new communications flow but would want to include some chat message options so would have to step outside of the communication flow to make that happen.
