Error
Current Behavior
Personalized Segments appear in the Communication Wizard in the order they were created. As new segments are added, they are appended to the bottom of the list.
Problem
For organizations with many Personalized Segments (such as campus‑specific segments), this makes it difficult for users to quickly find the segment they need. For example, when a new campus segment is added, it appears at the bottom of the list instead of alongside the other campus segments, resulting in a long, disorganized list.
Requested Enhancement
Add the ability to reorder or sort Personalized Segments, such as, manual drag‑and‑drop ordering, and/or sorting options (alphabetical, custom order, etc.)
