Add Time Feature to Due Dates in LMS Assignments

We would love to see a configurable time field added to the assignment due date in LMS. Currently, assignments are marked late starting at 12:00 AM on the due date, which doesn’t reflect how most classroom-based programs operate.

In many cohort-style or academic environments, assignments are due at class time (for example, 6:00 PM). Because LMS only allows a date, students who submit earlier on the due date are still marked late. Facilitators must then manually adjust those submissions, creating unnecessary administrative work and reducing confidence in late tracking.

This enhancement would improve accuracy, better support structured ministry programs, and ensure LMS deadlines align with how organizations actually run classes.
