Pledge Entry - Total Commitment Amount Helper Text

Currently the helper text for Total Commitment Amount on the Pledge Entry page is hard-coded, set to "The total amount that you are pledging. If you intend to give $100 monthly for one year, enter $1200." I would like to see this as an editable field on the block, as we are doing a two-year campaign and instantly received outside feedback that the helper text was confusing, because it specifically mentions one year.
