Add or Honor Active Member Filter in Group Requirements Tab

When viewing Group Requirements tab of a Group Member List, there is no Filter option to limit by Active group members and setting that Filter in the Group Member list does not impact the Group Requirements Tab list.SCR-20260226-kenm.png

This is a request from our ministry teams to be able to limit that tab to active members of the group.
