RSVP Detail Block To Include Group Attributes

RSVP Detail Block To Include Group Attributes

Group

It would be nice to include the public group member attributes as columns in the RSVP Detail Block.

When we send out an RSVP invite, there is currently a feature that allows us to collect further details (beyond Accept and Decline) to the RSVP. The way to do this is to create group member attributes and make them public. However, as they are group member attributes, they will only save on the group viewer page and not the RSVP occurrence page (RSVP Detail Block).

So if we're collecting information like dietary requirements or childminding requirements, we will need to coordinate across two grids (pages): 1 - RSVP Detail Block, 2 - Group Viewer. This adds further complexity for occurences down the road, for example:

Someone RSVP's for one occurence and says childminding is required. That updates the group attribute. If later on they decline a subsequent RSVP, it will not update this group attribute. So going by the group viewer alone, you will see that they still require childminding even if they have declined.

It would be immensely helpful if RSVP responses and public group member attributes were unified in the one grid. This prevents the need to reconcile multiple spreadsheets/exports. I assume it would be easier to bring the public group member attributes as columns in the RSVP Detail grid than the other way around (RSVP responses in the group viewer block).
