Pending Group members and Group Requirements

Group Complete

Currently Group Requirements are not shown or run on pending members in groups. Since most of our requirements are related to screening, we put members in groups as pending while we are in the process of screening and once complete we make a person active. It would be helpful if the group requirements would show on pending members making it easier on the departments to see where their pending people are in the process and to know when to activate them in the group.
