Core-supported "Cut after last label" option for check-in.

1.11.1 Check-in Complete

Out of the box, Rock has no functionality to use cut-enabled printers in a rational way. If you configure a cutter printer to cut, *every* label gets cut, which is a bad user experience, severely slows down check-in, and shortens the life of the cutter itself.

Over the years there have been some user-contributed mods, most notably https://www.rockrms.com/rockshop/plugin/90 and some clever hacks like adding a label with *only* the "cut" command as the last label to "print", or a clever use of merge fields that insert cut commands in specific labels, but these are difficult to discover and maintain, especially since Rock core check-in is getting regular modifications/additions with each release, and these updates have the potential to break the user-contributed solutions.

We are requesting that *core* be enhanced to have a "cut after last label" option in the check-in config that is as easy to turn on as checking a box... one that would be stable and supported by core. This seems like obvious functionality that any organization with cutting printers would want to implement. Cutting *only* after the last label has printed dramatically decreases check-in time and is a better user experience (a large family gets a long list of labels instead of 8 individually-cut ones).
