Family Pre-Registration Block - Add "Planned Visit Time" and SMS Preference

The Family Pre-Registration block is already asking for the campus and planned visit date. It would be really helpful to have an option for planned visit time (which service time will you be attending?) so we can provide a personalized experience for our new families. 

Additionally, the adult info asks for a mobile number but does not give the option for sms. Could this option be added to the block and when selected get added to the person record? We text the mobile number as a first step when a child is in a children's environment and a parent is needed. Without the sms enabled, it becomes more challenging to notify parents when their children need them.
