Tag Participation (like Group Participation)

Reporting

I have a report of all our members who live in retirement homes. I use an org tag "Unable to Attend" if the person is homebound. I need a column in my report displaying this tag name if the person has it. It would be great to have a tags report like the groups report that is available so I could select the field type "Tag Participation."
