Event Registration Notes to be links to the Registration

It would be great if the timeline note for Event Registrations would actually link to the Registration or Registrant of the actual registration so that you could see details of the registration quicker.

    This is a duplicate of Craig Mashburn's request to have Event registrations linked to the person record. Also notes for event registrations do not "disappear" if the registration/registrant is deleted or removed from the event.
