Add option to include/exclude public groups

In the "Groups List Personalized Lava" configuration/display options screen, please consider adding other filters like include "public"  or exclude "public" groups.  We have a number of groups that we use that are active, but not public, and don't want those showing on the public side of the website in people's profiles.. Capture4.PNG
