Ability to clear fields in bulk update

It would be great to be able to clear fields via bulk update.

For example, we are trying to clean up a lot of our data and we have children with a marital status of 'unknown'. When we try to bulk update to clear the field we are only given the option to choose a different marital status, not make it blank.
