Summary of Role Supports Church staff, Dream Team, and attendees by ensuring and maintaining data integrity in the current database management system. This role also provides administrative support for staff support requests, database project management, and database use training documentation. Please note: This is not a remote role.Essential Functions & Responsibilities • Oversee data integrity maintenance within the database management system (Rock RMS) • Manage team member access to data through account creation and permission settings • Ensure checkin is operational and maintained properly through testing, training staff members, providing regular documentation, and reviewing setups • Provide administrative support for project management and documentation • Ensure staff page remains current • Manage and maintain all data integrity reports to ensure accurate information, appropriate statuses, and single source of truth for data • Maintain background check compliance by providing adequate reports for staff team coordinators, training in management, and providing support for management • Manage requests for staff support, training, and data updates • Troubleshoot to correct data issues as they arise to ensure Rock RMS runs smoothly • Continually review data processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness • Develop, document, and maintain written processes and best practices for data entry and maintenance • Collaborate with ministries to ensure reports, profiles, data, teams, events, and groups are current and accurate • Assist with various dashboard and data metrics projects by providing requested data • Provide administrative support for Rock development in coordinating project planning meetings and creation of project documentation (charters, tutorials, etc) See application website for full job profile.
