Learn how to create a filterable report to help match Connection Requests with a Connector based on gender, age, marital status, parents, or department. Report contains connector demographics to consider and shows capacity for connectors. A simple workflow is included for connectors to complete allowing you to know their availability. Their unavailability displays on the report. This workflow also renders the connector unavailable to select on connection requests during this time.

In this presentation I will share the story of how our church, Calvary Chapel Chattanooga, decided to kick off our Rock implementation by abandoning a lot of unneeded data and launching with only the essential things that our church needed. We found the process of moving over all of our data from our previous CMS to be very daunting and expensive so we took the plunge in a very lightweight and efficient manner.
