Double check-in, already checked-in

This has been an ongoing issue that our kids folks don't like.


When checking kids in, rock allows duplicate check-in with no warnings that the kids are already checked in. It generates a new code, which is good for security, but this confuses our kid staff.


it would be helpful if the system could issue a warning that a particular person was already checked in and if another tag was needed to be printed.


Is this already a possibility and I just don't see it or could this be a feature request?

    Are you using family check-in? When in that mode, the "warning" that someone is already checked in is indicated by them already having a checkbox by their image/name. V6 will have the ability to prevent multiple check-ins on a per area basis. Not sure if that would help your situation or not.

    It isn't currently a feature, but it is coming soon, but I don't believe the time frame is defined yet..  The most current discussions about features and release dates can be found in  the Slack community (rockrms.slack.com).  Specifically, that question would be for #check-in.
