Mailgun Webhook Issues

Hi, It seems as if Rock RMS keeps sending out emails to MailGun.  I keep seeing email like the one below that are being sent with NO recipient address. Is there a way to stop this?  I am not for sure that it is an RMS issue or MailGun issue.  I change the account portal password and the sending Key, but I keep seeing these in the logs.  I can also send a valid email from RMS to myself, so I know that it is still working.

This is what MailGun says about it. How do I fix our Webhook?

It seems the increase was due to high amount of permanent failures for webhook POSTs. I've refund the charge for last month. To prevent this happening again, I'd recommend either fixing the current webhook to accept the post data or removing it until fixed.

The issue was that we had blocked MailGuns IP addresses due to DDoS attack.  I unblocked their IPs and it is working again.
