Start a Prayer Request from a Workflow

I'm in the process of building a nice workflow that acts a digital connector card for us. I want to be able start a prayer request from this workflow if needed. However, I do not see any workflow actions that makes this possible.

Is there any way I could make this work?

    You are correct, there is no workflow action to launch a prayer request. Some others who have wanted the same are doing it manually... e.g. The workflow notifies someone who then creates the prayer request on their behalf. The viability of this would of course depend on how many you expect to receive. It's also technically possible to use the SQL workflow action to created a prayer request, but this is NOT recommended due to potential for injection attacks. 


    Ultimately what is really needed is a prayer request action. I suggest you make your wishes know via RockRMS.com/ideas
