Limiting rights of the Group Leader on the External Site

On the external site, a Group Leader has the ability to add a Person to their group, granting them rights to query the entire database and see the phone number, email, and physical address of anyone in the database. We have reservations on the physical address. Is there a way to limit what a Group Leader can see?

1) Is there a way to limit what a Group Leader can see from their Search Results, especially removing home address? Ideally, it would be on the access rights level and not just a Block not displaying it.

2) If we adopt the workflow where new group members have to request to join the group, making them a Pending group member where the Group Leader can approve. This would remove the need for Group Leaders to add Person. In this case, is it possible to disable the right to for Group Leader to Add Person to a group?

3) A Group Leader also has the ability to appoint other Group Leaders without approval, can we also limit the Group Leader's ability to assign leader roles, or require's the Small Groups pastor's approval when they do that?

    For the time being we chose not to give them rights to the entire database. Not sure how you would filter down who they would be able to choose to add to the group anyways. We do offer group registration online so the person can go find that group and register themselves or the group leader can register them.

    We removed the person finder from the pages so they just can't even see that option.

    We do let them see the addresses and contact information of the people that are inside their group. I bet you could remove that from the lava to not show them that on the group detail page if you didn't want to show parts of it?

    Again that page for the person detail from the group toolbox runs on lava so I bet you could remove that role section so they just don't see it.

    You brought up a concern for us, didn't realize they could change the role... We will be removing that...
