"Smart Search" bar does not appear on mobile devices (McKinley 8.5)

Hi All,

Hoping you can help. We are on 8.5 and are finding that the "Smart Search" bar does not appear on mobile devices and likewise disappears at a certain screen size on desktop computers. Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this?

Assuming you mean the normal person/email/etc search box, I cannot dupe that, nor have I heard anyone else mention it. Search box is at the top of the browser window on mobile for me. Have you customized the internal Rock site in some way, or edited the CSS?
