Edit Button not accessible

Hello,


I am assisting a client with their Rock account via Protect My Ministry. However, their Edit button which is used to view account details, is faded out and unresponsive when clicked. Furthermore, the client mentioned that the button has been like this since registering to use our PMM integration. I am not quite sure what to make of this as the person of contact is an admin and has been an active client with us for a few years now.

    I think you need to click the "Enable as Default Background Check Provider" button on that page in the upper right, which will make the edit button active.
