iCal Feed Timezone

Hi, when I use the iCal link to import our rock rms calendar into google or outlook calendar the times are off by +3 hrs (ex. if 6 PM in rock rms then it imports to Google as 9 PM). I've double checked that the time zone is correct (Eastern Time) in System Configuration. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm having the same issue. It works in Apple Calendar, but in Google Calendar, it's set to GMT +0 and can't be changed.
