Giving history on person profile

Hello,

We are starting to implement rock to track all of the giving for our members and visitors. We have added a few batches for 2024 and have created sub-account under the General Fund, specifically for Tithes and Offerings. Splitting both of them out.

When I logged in to the external profile and I look at it, it shows empty with the General Fund and Building Fund being selected. Is there additional setup to be done an account so that it aggregates the sub-accounts?

It does show the giving history on the Person Profile on the internal site.

    Ensure that on the external site that you have those accounts selected to show gifts in the settings of the Transaction List block. Hop on https://chat.rockrms.com/ and I can explain in real-time if needed.
