Offline Installation

Hi Team,

How can i install Rock RMS on a server which does not have internet access. I have being able to install it alright but i will have to install it on a server which is not connected to the internet. How easy will that be ?

Hi Kwaku,

I may be wrong but I don't think Rock can be installed offline at this point. The installer file needs to download all the necessary components from the Rock servers in order to complete successfully. This may be a feature that comes out in the future and I'd recommend submitting it to the New Idea page so the developers know there's interest in this.

Hi Kwaku, I may be wrong but I don't think Rock can be installed offline at this point.  The installer file needs to download all the necessary components from the Rock servers in order to complete successfully.  This may be a feature that comes out in the future and I'd recommend submitting it to the <a href="http://www.rockrms.com/Rock/Ideas">New Idea</a> page so the developers know there's interest in this.   Hope that helps!
