Group Did not meet hidden

Under group attendence. When I mark that a group did not meet that occurance is not listed in the table.

    If the occurrence was not for a time that group was scheduled to meet, the occurrence is actually removed when you select "did not meet". If it was for a time that group would have normally meet, then it is shown in list as "did not meet."  Is that the behaviour you are seeing?

      The group in this case meets on Monday's at 7. I updated Rock this morning and went into the group to retroactively add the group's attendance for the last couple of months. I had to add the occurrences manually. Am I right to assume that occurrences will generate automatically for the groups in the group's attendance table and we would just edit the occurrence to fill in the attendance?

        Robert, attendance entries are not added automatically for each occurrence in a schedule. No entries are recorded in the attendance table until attendance is manually entered for that date.
