Referral Agencies Page Missing

I just updated a Rockit to 3.1 locally and noticed a page I don't have on our production install (BETA release channel). I seem to be missing the Intranet > Referral Agencies page. I've checked the page map and I can't see it listed there. In the migration table I see the Benevolence migration.

I imagine I can simply create the page but I'm concerned that I don't have it in the first place. Is there a reason I might not have it?

    If I understand you correctly, you are saying that the Referral Agencies Page is missing on your Production install?
    This page is part of the sample extension in the Rockit project.
    It is added by the extension and is for you to use and modify as a template, but it's not part of the core product so it shouldn't appear in the production install.

    (If you look at the "/Migrations/002_AddSystemData.cs" file in the Rockit project, you can see where the data for the extension is added, including the navigation link to the Referral Agencies page)
