Every other label is blank

I am just getting started with Rock. I am only using the default label (nothing customized) and 4x2 labels. I have a Zebra GX420d. When checking in a child, 4 labels come out: a blank, then the child's label, then a blank, then the parent's label. Please help!

    Hi Greg,

    We just started using the same printers for our Sunday check-in needs.  Is the computer configured to print labels in 4 x 2 format? Usually the default is 3 x 2.

    Thank you Jeremy. The odd thing is, soon after I posted my question, the printer suddenly started printing every label correctly even though I hadn't changed anything. I can't explain that. However, after seeing your response, I did go into the Zebra printer preferences and adjusted the width from 3 to 4. I then printed more labels and they continue to print correctly. Yea!
