0 Childrens Check-in 1 Don Smallman posted 9 Years Ago I have children that are part of a family that are NOT showing up for check-in. Granted they do have a different last name, but should ALL of the children in a family should showup for checkin, right. I was also wondering if the father and mother having 2 different phone numbers (Cell phone) would mess up check in, or should the child be able to be checked in using either phone munber. Thanks!
Michael Garrison 9 years ago Expand those age groups, if you would, so we can see how they're set up. My guess is you need to change the age definitions on "Ages 2-3" to 2 to 3.99 and on "Ages 4-5" to 4 to 5.99. I think that if you just use a straight number the computer will take it as a decimal (3=3.00) and so a child who is 3-1/2 years old (=3.5) is larger than your age cutoff of 3 years old, but too young to check into the class for the 4 year olds yet.
Michael Garrison 9 years ago Yep, try changing the age ranges to 2-4 and 4-6 . If someone checked in ON their 4th birthday with the setup I'm proposing, they might be prompted for which room to go to (since they qualify for both being exactly 4.00 years old), but that's not that big of a deal and at least they CAN check in! =)
