0 Email Warning about not having an active transport configured. 3 Keith Pavia posted 10 Years Ago Hi, When I originally setup our email transport for Mandrill, I just used the SMTP line that was there, and modified it to work. IDK if the Mandrill line was there and I missed it, or if it was added after I set it up. Today I deactivated the old regular SMTP transport, and setup the one that looked like it was specifically for Mandrill. The emails still get sent, however, on the send email page, I now get the following Warning messge. Warning The Email channel does not have an active transport configured. The communication will not be delivered until the transport is configured correctly. Is this a software glitch, or do I need to do something else to get that warning to go away? Thanks!
Keith Pavia 10 years ago I just reconfigured the Regular SMTP transport again and left both transports active and the issue seems to have gone away. Not sure if this is the way it is supposed to work though.
Keith Pavia 10 years ago Yep we are using Mandrill. Do you also have the regular SMTP transport setup? When I only had the Mandrill one set it was not working all the time and I had a warning message that the SMTP transport was not setup. Both are pointing to the Mandrill servers.
