setting up check-in on windows client

I have installed the windows client and can get to the check-in screen and process, but can not seem to get printing to work. I have a GX420d and I select it as the printer when I go to check-in. Also, I can't seem to minimize or close the windows client window?? I actually have to power down the PC and turn it back on to get out of the windows client.

To exit the windows client you can quickly tap the upper left of the screen six times in succession.

Betty, have you gotten the label printing to work? If not, please let us know if you are hosting Rock on a local network computer, or using an external host
