Group Finder List Specific Topic

I'm not sure if I'm going about this the right way, but during a campaign we would like to have a page listing only groups associated with the campaign so that people can register. I'd like to use the Group Finder block to do this, and list only groups that have a certain topic (the campaign name). Is this possible, or do I need to make those groups a different type instead of topic?

    I can't think of another way to avoid using a different group type without adding a new block setting to filter the topic.

    Ok, thanks - guess I'll have to recreate those groups with a different type (doesn't seem that I can change them), thankfully I wasn't too far into it yet.
