Protect My Ministry: Error processing request.

hello,


I am setting up Protect My Ministry with Rock and have run into an error.  PMM is unsure of the reason why.  Would anyone know why I am receiving this message?

The error message I am receiving:  Error processing request. Please verify the services provided in the request with those included in the package.

    Hey Matt,

    We had a client with this problem recently.  If you're running a BASIC request, it looks like the BASIC Request is including additional data in the API call which PMM doesn't want included.

    To clean it up, navigate to: 

    Admin Tools > System Settings > Protect My Ministry
    then click the Edit button.

    Then, click on BASIC in the grid on the bottom of that page.  Update your settings to look like this:

    Then Save and hopefully that should clear up your issue.
