Connecting MSSQL Studio to Rock DB

Hi, I am sorry to ask this here, but Arvixe support was not helpful.  They keep pointing me to a Documet that I have already looked at and do not seem to want to help troubleshoot.  Never once did they answer a direct question, just kept sending me links to read, whic was not helpful.

Can anyone tell me wha to use for the server name when connecting to Arvixe MSSQL 2012 DB?  I tried using the server name they gave me, but still get errors, Do I include an instance name or not.  Do I need to create an ODBC DSN?  Just not sure what to do here.

    Are you connecting from inside of Rock? If so have you tried keeping it simple and just doing "localhost"?

    I know with business accounts they put less people on each server and each server is a different sub-domain of Arvixe. You should have also gotten an e-mail titled "[Arvixe][user: {your username}] {Your Domain} Hosting Account Information" which had all of that information in it.

      No, trying to connect with SQL Management Studio. I have all of the information, but I am not sure I am entering the server info correctly. I am not sure if I need to include the instance. I have tried it with and without, I get different errors with each. Just trying to see if anyone else has had any luck connecting this way.
