Background Check Error

When submitting a request for background check I'm getting an error. When I visit the log it says:

"Approve Request Activity (56) > Approve or Deny Action (285): Could not send form notification due to no assigned person or group member not having email address"


I have check and both my profile and the requested profile have emails. I am in the RSR Admin group. What do I need to do to get this to work? Any ideas would be appreciated.

    I'm pretty sure the BGC workflow tries to send it to members of the Background Check Administrators role (doesn't matter that you're an admin). Do you have someone placed in that role?
