New Install and New User Install problem - Winhost

I'm new to Rock but it looks like a great product for our ministry. I setup Winhost Ultimate as per the External hosting guide and completed the check of the ASP.NET setting and created the MS SQL database. I transferred the start.aspx but when I try to run it at www.xxxxx.org/start.aspx, I get the following "could not connect to internet, Error: Unable to connect to remote server. I've searched but cannot seem to find anything to tell me how to proceed. The "lets fix it together" button does nothing and install guide does not talk about this.

This sure looks like your server can't get to the Rock server to actually do the installation. Did you actually download the start.aspx via your winhost, or did you do it yourself then upload it? Do you have access to the windows desktop itself on your Winhost? If so you should try to open a browser on the server and go to http://www.rockrms.com Assuming that also fails, something (no idea what) is keeping your server from getting to the Rockrms.com site. Next step would be to see if you can get to ANY web sites from your winhost.
