Rock Your Groups pdf doesn't include Fundraising Groups section

I tend to be a "paper" person - I like print copies on which to make notes. The Fundraising Groups section of the Rock Your Groups Manual is not included in the download. The manual stops at page 61.

Thanks for the heads-up! I'll report this, but know that the PDF versions are more difficult to create (it's not a simple "print" like you might expect) and they often lag way behind the official HTML docs.
