I have an event registration where cost is $550. I have applied a discount code to take off $100, bringing my balance to $450. My confirmation email shows total cost $550, amount paid $450 but shows a balance due of $100. I don't have a balance due because I used a discount code. Shouldn't the email confirmation Balance Due reflect the use of the discount? The only solution I can think of is to remove the Balance Due part of the html in the confirmation email. Any suggestions?
